Default MS3X - Finally Runs! But 3 seperate issues

Hello,
Ive been slowly figuring out my braineak built ms3x... I had a ms2 years ago and this is worlds more complicated.

Ive finally been able to get the car running (and not leaking) and have followed all of braineaks directions for settings. My timing has been synced with MS3 and at idle is now around 16 degrees (verified with timing light).

Ive been stuck on the following 3 issues for a bit and was hoping you gurus could spoon feed me what Im doing wrong.

Issue 1:

My aem wideband gauge and tunerstudio are reading the same AFR (synced through tunerstudios AFR table) but I question if the reading is correct.
When miata is in accessory on (before start up) afr reads around 11.5 on both gauge and MS3... not 14.7?
Ive replaced the inline fuse with a 10 amp and its powered/grounded through my MS3x harness so I dont believe it can be a wiring issue.

Issue 2:
When idling, if I give miata any throttle, it revs car to 2800-3200 RPMs where it holds for 30 seconds or so then drops back to 1100 rpms and idles normally. Blip throttle again and its right back to 2800-3200 for 30 more seconds.

Also when I engage the clutch it still continues revving. This could be a separate issue as I just adjusted the engagement point on my clutch pedal.

Issue 3:
VVT1 Error. Seems to be intermittent.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Attached are my MSQ, datalog, and composite log.

#1 Could be residual exhaust in the pipe. It should read 22.2 (full lean) when you just key on and let it warm up before starting the engine in the morning.

#2 Tune your CL idle target table

got this thing sorted and running well today.

lots of little things that added up. vacuum plumbing for the ridiculous vtcs IM was a big culprit, then the MS needed to be dialed in for FF injectors. Once we had that sorted out it start RAWRing like a kitten again.
