Default ms3x, got fuel, got rpm, no spark

Ok so I destroyed my attemp at building an MS3x unit, I posted a thread a few weeks back about it smoking on startup.

car is a 1.6 with a 1.8 swap

Anyways so I had jeff linfert build me one from scratch with new CPU card, and all new fully populated mainboard.

I get it hooked up, we confirm all the wiring and I cannot get any spark even in test mode. I have checked the ignitor and the resistance is good, i have checked the primary and secondary on the coils and it is good, we tried a new ms3x card in case the spark outputs on the old one were damaged, still no spark. It seems everything is wired right, and everyhting in the ms3 box is good, but i can't get the damn thing to fire.

Also i had it running on the stock ecu 3 days before i hooked up the ms so i know it will run and i didn't change anything in the spark arena so i'm at a loss. I attached a cranking log if that does anything for ya.

Ok so spark a and spark b pins get .04-.10v when test spark through megasquirt and nothing when test fire is off. Same numbers at the pins on the plug to the ignitor. However the plug for the coils I get 12.40 on the blue wire (battery voltage) and I get nothing on the red or white wire at all. Ignitor bad?

Well for some reason this morning I tested again and it got spark. So uhh... Let the car sleep overnight and that will solve this problem I guess?
