I have had my 93 miata running on ms3x for a while now. I recently removed it because i was pulling the 1.6 and installing a VVT. I wanted it safe on the shelf as i built a harness for the new engine. I hooked it up on my jimstim tonight just to power it up for new firmware and a VVT base map. However none of the 3 leds are lighting up. i think i recall the first and third lighting up and then the third goes out one it moves out of warmup. It seems to read fine. i havent hooked it to the car yet to confirm function. any thoughts?

The LEDs on the board are processor driven outputs and not intended to serve a diagnostic function. Exactly what they'll do will depend on your settings.
