Got it installed last night, very simple. Finished it up this afternoon with the wideband install and configured it for the wideband. There's a storm coming in so I only drove it around the neighborhood. The idle searched a bit at the first stop but it wasn't fully warmed up.

Now for my only issues, does anyone have calibration values that can be used for the factory IAT? Whatever was included originally gave me a reading of 4 degrees f in my 90 degree garage. I measured three values and input them but had to lower the bias resistor from the default by a lot.

The only other issue is the stupid security key on the dash blinking constantly. I'm assuming it is telling me it can't talk to the factory computer, can I just pull a fuse or something?

I used the 'Miata' calibration (standard option in the calibration drop down list of sensor types) for the CLT sensor with my MS3X and NB2 VVT engine.. Works perfectly.

Yes, coolant temp is spot on, it was the inlet air temperature that was proving a challenge. It appears that I have it working reasonably now but have ordered the GM item with a weld-in bung that I will be installing next weekend. Currently getting the VSS sorted and then the last item will be the annoying light. It already feels like a vast improvement over stock.

Bumping this thread to confirm for [utag=]muthagoose[/utag],

DIYautotune/[utag=]Matt Cramer[/utag] can you please confirm which firmware the 01-05 MSPNP-Pro is designed to work with and is shipped to customers with?

And also whether these units are compatible with the latest 1.5 firmware

thanks

They ship with 1.3.1 code as that is what we validated our standard tune on. But they can be upgraded to any later release.
