is my msq right

can someone take a look at my msq and tell me if my settings look right? I am having a hard time getting the car to idle right. Before trying to make any adjustments I thought I should make sure my setup is right.
Symptoms
The car idles at around 12.5 .. then starts leaning out.. then goes back down.. then back up.
