Angry NA 96 with VVT swap

I have a 96 with a VVT swap, and I seriously need help here. I got the wiring kit from Hummelink Mods for the cam, crank, and injectors. I wired in the stock nb2 coils with the thread and double checked with a youtube video. I am using the NA alternator. I have a MS3 pnp for the 96 miata. I changed the trigger wheel setting in MS to NB 99-05. I fixed timing to 10 as instructions said. And I cannot get the vehicle started and I am loosing hope. What else am I missing?? I can see the rpm rise in the diagnostics but I dont see any movement in the compositte logger

You should post your tune and a log of the cranking attempt. Is there spark and fuel while cranking? Are there any signs of life, or does it cranking freely?

There is fuel, idk about spark, I been trying to chase down that issue. The rpm does climb in when I turn the key, and yes, the car cranks very well and freely

The problem ist in your triggers- it doesn't mean anything, that you see the rev counter rise- you need to see the correct trigger signals in the composit log.
So you get no spark atm.

Have you looked through this thread? I bought my 96 with a vvt swap, and AFAIK this was the guide the original owner followed.
I'm of no help past this though. I can't do wiring to save my life.

Just lay down/ground your plugs on the valve cover and see if you get spark

I used my timing light to see if it sparks, would that work or no?
