NB GM IAT Sensor Wiring

NB GM IAT Sensor Wiring
On my 2001, we no longer have the IAT sensor encorporated into the maf, so the IAT sensor wire is separate. Ours instead goes into the side of the airbox.
With the install of the turbo, I am installing the GM IAT and wanted to use the existing wiring, so if you wish to do the same here is how I came to my conclusions.
Upon examining the IAT sensor wires, their colors are black/red (B/R) and pink/blue (P/L). I simply referred to the ECU wiring diagram, and luckily enough they were the same color. According to the diagram:
black/red = GROUND
pink/blue = Intake Air Temperature Sensor
So you can use the spades and connect to the existing IAT sensor wire and run your GM IAT without running new wires. Hope this helps.
