No matter how much I adjust my ve table the afr won't change. I have the 4 idle cells at 16-17 and I'm still at at 8.5 afr

Also I replaced my plugs with stock ones. #2 plugs was wet and the rest were black so I'm guessing it's not firing. The car was running fine on the begi tune though.

Are you in open loop or closed loop idle? As do you have your idle VE table enabled or using the normal VE table. I don't have time to actually look at tunes right now. But its very possible you are adjusting the wrong fuel table.

I'm using open loop idle and I've adjusted both tables separately, one at a time and had no difference.

During idle you are oscillating into the 50 kpa load area, which is set for a VE of 53.5. Have you adjusted those higher kpa cells down to see if the AFR increases?
