Need help figuring out what i have.
Well i just traded my friend a stock srt4 intercooler i bought off ebay for 15$ for this megasquirt, harness, 250cc injectors, and injector pig tails. Cant say im displeased.
Here is what i have.

I also want to know if its even possible to run these injectors. They supposedly came out of a LT1, idk.

That's an interesting-looking MS. In particular, the LEDs on the side of the case don't look like the ones that we typically see on DIY-sourced units.
A couple of clear, high-resolution photos of the front and back sides of the circuit board inside the case will give us a better idea of exactly what you have, and what modifications will be required to make it run on a Miata.
Second-hand units can sometimes be interesting to work with.
What is that catalog you have open on the desk in the background? Those are some interesting-looking brackets.
If the injectors are in fact rated at 250cc/min (that seems really low for an LT1, though admittedly I know nothing about them) then they are worthless for a Miata. The stock injectors on a 1.8l BP are rated at roughly 265cc/min.

That looks like one of the MS1 V2.2s that was built by Advanced Electronics Assembly - those had multicolor LEDs and a silk screened end plate. We carried them for a short while before hiring our current solder tech to do in-house assembly, and they were also sold through other channels.
This is the best picture i could get with the shitty camera i have access to now. I went to the url on the board and it just leads me to some dude in va beach that does electronics.

Also something looks like its burnt :( iono whats going on there.

Yep, that's an MS1 V2.2, almost certainly built at AEA as it's been wave soldered with no masking the unused holes. No visible mods, either. Looks like it's suffered a massive flyback failure.
It smells like my high school experiences with a soldering gun, and no the wire is more or less fused to the board and not touching the pin.
So heres my question what does this mean, and what are my options?

A V2.2 is a two layer board, so it should be possible to reconstruct that circuit from the schematics. Not easy by a long shot, but certainly possible.
If you know how to solder and troubleshoot electronics, a few bucks and maybe an hour of your time. The ECU also needs extensive mods if you want to run it on a Miata.
If you don't... consider this a good deal on a wiring harness.
