Default Need help finalizing my setup

Hi I'm new to ECU's and frankly turbocharging but willing to learn and get my hands dirty with a DIY system. I've been reading lots of posts and am getting some great ideas from this forum. I'm building a 220 -240ish hp car with hopefully v fast, responsive throttle. Car is used for a mixture of Rallycross, Long TSD rallies and daily driver duties. AC and PAS have already been removed. I live in MI so altitude changes are not a major concern. Right now I have the following parts sourced, or nearly have them..

1.8l 94 block with forged rods
10.5lb flywheel
Begi cast manifold
190HP Walbro pump
mazda rx8 red injectors
Innovate wideband
Plan for a GT2554r turbo

I'm considering doing a MS3 v 3.0 board myself and I am wondering about the following
1. Knock sensor kit - do I need this ? Any other options ?
2. Map daddy - pretty sure I don't need this.
3. Speed density sensors - what works well ??
4. Considering a VVT head and am assuming MS3 can control this with the expansion board ?

Thanks in advance !

1. It's your call. It's a bit of added safety. It's your best option if you want to use it.
2. Do you plan on running more than 2bar?
3. Uh... map sensor + RPM.
4. Yes. https://www.miataturbo.net/megasquir...-tuning-64590/

I suggest you do a bit more reading as these things are fairly basic.

your electric fuel pump has twice as much power as my IC engine... you mean LPH*

The parts list looks like it will hit your goal with no problems. But don't forget about the clutch. I love my ACT, it has great pedal feel. Others have said great things about FM clutches.
