Question need help finding what setting to change

Greetings, I have this thing that happens when i first cold start my engine where it revs up and nearly stalls and then recovers. It is pretty annoying and I have dealt with it for a while, any suggestions?

Here is a video, and I have attached a datalog of the start up and of the tune. I don't have a VTPS if that helps at all. (should I get one?)

Default fixed :)

just wanted to bring closure to this issue should anybody stumble across this thread, although the entire title was super vague.. my problem was within my spark map.

This is my fixed spark map. Previously, my timing from 1200 to 1800 rpm where the cells are changed was very far apart IE: column 1200 was 15 where column 1800 was 22. The difference of 7 degrees made my car die when it revved up to 1800. I smoothed it out and it started very well.
I had to change some search terms to find this but i'm glad I found this thread because it was the solution to my problem.
