Default Need help for MS3x with unstable Idle

Need some help with the MS3x for my 99 miata.

I did the turbokitty MS3x diy, also running the base map from the turbokitty, Got anything installed and Car start today. But when it start the idle will jump to 3000rpm first, after 10s will back down to around 1000rpm, it will stay on 1000rpm for about one min, then the idle will start jumping between 900 - 1000, and after one min it will jump back to 3000 rpm again without touch the throttle! It is doing in a loop, back to 1000, jumping again, back to 3000.

No vacuum leak, I also used timing light to checked and set , locked down the timing. car running fine with stock ECU.

Also another issue is when I lightly touch the throttle, the idle will jump to around 3000-4500rpm

Someone please help me here. Which setting should I checked? How can I fix it. Thank you so much

that seems like an ignition log instead of a normal log (MSL) ?
