Default Need some guidance on high AFR cruising/low load

I had my shop swap my 93 to a 1.8 flexfuel/e85 setup, and I'm having starting issues (not surprised by that), but I don't know where to start to deal with that and the shop doesn't seem to know either.
I'm also having to dump a lot of fuel at low fuel load % and high rpms to prevent leaning out. My AFRs also oscillate wildly on cruising. I've looked up tons of tuning vids and messed around a lot with the VE table. All to no avail.

Anyone that can take a few min to look at my log and offer some helpful tips for myself and my shop will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
