Question New Manifold and Throttle body

Hey Everyone,

Hope everyone is safe.
So i recently changed the intake manifold on my 04 NB2 to the Skunk 2 Manifold and Skunk 2 Throttle body.
when i start car. it idles somewhat good but when i try to rev the car, it dips or hesitates a bit before it accelerates.
I am going to do a data log and place the tune tonight (forgot to say that i have Megasquirt MS3Pro PNP).
Would anyone give any suggestions in tunerstudio i can look for to fix this dip.
I also have an oscilation in the rpm (i turned off the Idle VE and i'm working on the Idle advance settings which medigated it a bit.)

Thank you in advance.

The s2 throttle bodies typically come packaged with the bypass screw closed. Open it up until your idle is back to normal. I usually start by backing the screw out till it’s flush, it’s usually buried inside the body.

The SK2 has an 8mm larger bore which is a 23% increase in area. That is a lot and will require an increase in the accel enrichment. A hardy idle will also help the off idle transition when running a larger manifold and TB. The IAC needs to be able to adjust the idle speed up and down so the air bypass screw should be set lower then the target idle. I recommend an afr around 14.1, with 10-14 degrees of timing and a idle speed of 900-1000rpm. A good non-controlled idle speed is 700rpm. You will most likely have to make some minor adjustments to the entire ve table.
