Hi all, i've got an odd one i'm hoping someone can help with.

Went to turn off boost control to run full wastegate (doing some testing, wanna re-log my baseline), cycled the power after as requested. Once the ecu came back up, went to start the car and got nothing. Cranked as usual, but never caught.

Did this right after having warmed up the car, so nothing physically had changed in regards to the ignition system etc.

Turned boost control back ON, cycled power as requested, went to start the car; fires right up!?

Tried it with the engine running; same result. Tried it with the engine off; same result. Tried disconnecting the ground on my battery after changing the setting; same result.

BEYOND confused. Anyone ever had this sort of behaviour before?

Car is a 99 jap import with an MSLabs MS3 Mini w/fw 1.4.0

So in talking to a buddy, he pointed out that he had a similar issue at one put with an "improper" boost cut.

Lo, its because i'd also left the "boost cut tolerance" enabled. Knocked that back to off and she fires right up. Will leave this here for posterity and seraching sake :-)
