Default no sync flashes while cranking

No Sync/ RPM Sync flashes when cranking the car, have checked both the crank sensor and the cam sensor. seems to go on/off every 4 teeth/events from the crank. I dont believe it was doing this a few days ago but im trying to get a 2002 1.8l miata motor running on a megasquirt for the first time. ill attach the composite log. any help would be greatly appreciated

Something is wrong, you should have 4 crank teeth between cam pulses, you have 2 teeth instead. I don't really know where you need to start looking.
