What are the symptoms and/or issues being caused? You could have a bad ground actually allowing noise... or if you're having a problem with AE being activated when it shouldn't and it's only minor fluctuations then you can adjust the TPSDot Threshold so that it's not activating quite as easily... that's common with minor noise in the TPS signal actually.

it stutters like hell at about 20-25% throttle opening, but its not the moment you open the throttle, usually have to be sat there for a sec or 2, it makes the car jerk and kangaroo like hell, so much i have to dip the clutch and rev it to clear it.
when it happens the tps gauge varies wildly, can go 30% either way when it happens.

30% either way and you're holding the throttle steady? You've definitely got an issue then as it shouldn't sway that much. Either the TPS itself is the issue, or bad 5v ref or ground... or interference on the signal back from the TPS to the MS (is it running near anything high voltage like coil wires?). I suppose a totally uncalibrated TPS could sway that much, but I'm assuming it's been calibrated at this point...

its all been calibrated, and i think interferance could be the prob, i have got some shielded wire today so i am going to use that and also redo the ground.
