Recheck the spark timing, play with the cranking pulse. Start lean, move rich. Be sure to do the flood clear stuff I mentioned before. Play with the throttle some when cranking. Finish each crank effort with a period of flood clear.

see the red on the bottom? that is when MS gets a pulse or misses a pulse that it wasn't expecting or was expecting.
It looks like you changed the input capture to me (from this log). Change it back to what it was in the NA8 basemap from DIYautotune.
