So I ordered a Palm Treo 750 yesterday, and then I remembered that Palm is supposed to be useful for something or another with the MS. Will the Treo do this you think? It has some type of Windows OS.
The PalmTune software people are using here (myself included) is built for PalmOS, and isn't for use with a Windows-based Palm. Further, it's been confirmed for use with a serial-interface Palm. There may be something out there for USB Palms, or maybe even Windows-based Palms, but not that I know of.
As the code is currently written, I think it would only be possible with some hardware mods. Just get a $10 ebay palm.
It's too bad though, it would have been cool as **** to auto connect via bluetooth to my palm. If I was a hax0rz I would re-write the protocols to make it work.
if you got the hardware, there's no reason why it can't run the datalogging proggie and make a call (or do anything else) at the same time.
