PWM fan control on Older MSLabs MS3Basic
I have a 93 Miata with a 00 VVT engine swap that has an older style MSLabs MS3Basic just like the one pictured in this post.

I am trying to get PWM fan control working on Firmware 1.6.0. Before the fan was set to on/off using INJ G as the output. Can I still use INJ G as a PWM output or do I need to utilize a different output such as boost/nitrous 2?
If I do end up using Boost will running it at 250hz be an issue if my idle and VVT are being ran at 511?
Is Nitrous 2 a better option, nitrous 1 is currently running the CEL
I using a Gates FCM117K which I don't believe can utilize off/on which is why I am switching in the first place.
Thank you,
