Default Really stupid MegaTune Question

I poked through the MegaManual again but can't seem to come up with an answer.

Tuned a friends car, but don't remember which msq file I used on his car. It runs VERY well, but could use a little low rpm work, runs a bit rich. If I connect my notebook to his controller, open a tab and select "Get from Controller" will it suck down everything thats burnt to the CPU settings wise? I've only used that if I was messing with the VE table manually but didn't like what I changed, so I just hit read from controller and the previous came back, but does that apply to ALL pages, or do I need to do that for every one?

Every time i've opened megatune without an MSQ loaded it pulls the tune off the ECU when it connects.
If you do that and then click "save as" you should be able to save the tune from that car onto your hard drive.

Exactly: connect notebook to running car and start megatune (dont click .msq, open it from start menu). It will load the settings from ECU. Then File | Save.
