Everyone says to use the RX7 defaults in Easytherm (which I know you don't have since you're MS2) so here they are:
-20°C = 16,200
20°C = 2,450
80°C = 320
I can't vouch for these since I never ran the AFM (or its sensor) but nobody has complained so far.
