I have search for both issues (high idle and rev limit and have tried all that I have read)

Engine in 03 Miata, VVT not engaged yet. MS3/MSx.

I have propaned the intake and did not find a leak yet my idle sits at 1300. Very steady and usable but way too high. I assume that one of my tables is off but not sure which one. Would someone mind looking and seeing which needs to be tweaked? I am afraid that I am going to change the wrong one.

My other issue is that it acts like it is hitting the rev limiter around 6000 rpm but the rev limiter settings are set VERY high (just for testing). What other settings affect the rev limit?
