hi just have a simple question.. when swapping in the rx7 550s, setting them in ms, do i just have to goto the req_fuel and set the engine size, injector size and req afr ( the ms manual says to put 12.7 ) then the megatune will adjust everything else? seems almost... tooo easy ... this is a very noob question just wanna clarification plleeaaseeeee ty

I understand the req_fuel settings but can someone guide me with the cranking and excel enrichments settins? That would be very appreciated and my na tune now with the stock injectors (under100 kpa) will it be badly out with running 550s ?

 

230/550=.418; .418 x each value for cranking and accel then yes, it's that easy and should be close for tune if it already runs well.

Another question thou the 230 used in ur equation is that the injector size because I thou 1.6 injectors were 205cc?

I've heard 205cc, 215cc and 230cc for the 1.6 injectors, not sure what's correct but the base map for my DIYPNP used 240... ??

Just set your new REQ_FUEL and use the ratio of old/new REQ_FUEL to scale.

On a related note, how come the priming and AE PW aren't related to REQ_FUEL like the cranking settings?
