I searched but was unable to find an answer to this. The MegaManual wasn't any help either.

I am running a MS2E from Reverant. I have bought a new set of 700cc injectors and have been looking at TunerStudio to see what has to be changed. I noticed that in the Engine and Sequential Settings block it is set for Sequential/Semi-sequential injection but the Squirts per Engine Cycle is set for 2 with Injector Staging set for Alternating. From what I have read the squirts should be set for 1 with Staging at Simultaneous, or do I not understand what I am seeing? I don't want to blow up my engine. Also, my new injectors are DW and they included a Flow Report sheet showing flow at various pulse widths. I don't see anything to change in TunerStudio besides the injector size and pulse width so I'm guessing the sheet is merely for information.

Thanks for the tip, mine shows the same. I don't think I have full sequential injection though. Not sure how to tell one way or the other.

 

I've wondered the same thing. I get the 2 squirts per cycle if you were running batch but what is the difference between 2 squirts per cycle alternating and 1 squirt simultaneous? Are they just different ways to achieve the same thing (assuming its a 4cyl with 4 injector channels)? That note seems to imply that both of them are fully sequential.

 

You need to put in the injector dead-time information from the sheets into the injector dead-time curve.
