Default Boost cut on full throttle EBC Mac valve

So, let me explain whats happening
I did some full throttle pulls in third gear, trying to tune my boost
While doing that ,the car seems to hit boost cut at +/- 5000RPM Overboost is set at 200 kpa ( with both fuel and spark cut).

To try and see if my values were messed up, i switched from closed loop to open loop,which still resulted in the same outcome.
No matter which values i put in the boost bias duty table (also tried inverted in the output polarity ), i still hit 200kpa at 5000 rpm.
Yes. i've watched Thecarpassion's videos, read here and on the msextra forum, but the solutions like changed PID's and all didnt help.

At first i thought it was spark blowout,but after switching to coil on plugs, the same problem persisted.
My wideband shows 10 afr while flooring with the EBC connected.That doesn't sound right, since i normally accelerate at about 12 AFR.
However, when i run it on wastegate pressure only( it's a td04 running at about 7psi), i can floor it without any issue , and it boost fine.
I'm almost convinced thats there's something wrong in the settings, which i'm overlooking.
Can anybody chime in on this, i have no idea what to search for at the moment
I'll happily provide any data if needed.
