I don't see how you are overboosting with 80 P. you have the polarity inverted right? the closed duty and open duty refer to the wastegate not the solenoid.
I think I did. Seems much better now.

OMG, serious boost issues. Sometimes it'll control boost, sometimes, it just chooses not to. I thought perhaps my valve was sticking, but no, it sits there at 100%. Sometimes (and I mean, seconds apart - same rpm, same temperature, same everything) it will sit at wastegate 5 psi, sometimes it'll go to the target (albeit slowly, but that's another topic).

HOW! WHY! What do I do?!?!

I can sit there and feather throttle and it'll "catch" and then give me boost.
