With all due respect, and I'm not saying they're all defective, but I'm not gonna re-hash it, especially after talking about it in a thread, pm's, and emails. Among other issues (with that specific rev MS3, which was shipped to me directly, and installed by me personally), the can module worked fine most the time and would freeze from time to time. Never got resolved, even after attempting to troubleshoot/diagnose per your instruction.

He sold it to someone who I think re-sold it. I installed and tuned it myself. I have every single install and tune documented to the minute details. Please don't pull a BEGi here and just flat out deny confirmed issue. There are at least two that I know of doing that, and this one in question was missing several inputs/wires in the harness too.

While I have your attention: this one I'm tuning now has a CEl that won't go away. It's completely disabled in the map/unit. I advised him to email you.

I invite anyone that has this specific issue you mentioned to post here with this problem.

If I recall correctly, the one you had was purchased over 4 years ago; do you think we haven't updated our products in the mean time?

As for the MS3 issue you have; sure but it's best if you post it in a new thread and tag me. Is this a Basic MS3?

It was purchased/installed in 2017. 1 year ago.
As for updated products: fair enough, and I'm glad you revised the products to fix the issues. I sincerely hope that the latest/greatest from MSLabs has a 0% failure rate, it will only make my job easier. It just annoys me when I hear words like "100% of them work 100% of the time" when I have personally seen otherwise.
