Default super miata 36-2 settings

Hi guys. I am just getting my miata up and running again. I installed a 36-2t trigger wheel from supermiata and have trouble setting it up at tunerstudio. In the ignition setting/wheel decoder manual, the miata 36-2t trigger wheel does not show. Do I need to update my firmware?

I have a 95 miata with vvt swap

I hope i'm uploading the right files.

I haven't cranked the car yet so I don't have the trigger log

Go to ignition option wheel decoder, then spark mode on the upper left of the box that pops up then you want Miata 36-2 it is the third one from the bottom of the list.

Let us know if it works

I think my firmware is 1.2.3

Does that make any sense? It's not in the dropdown is because my firmware is too old i think. I tried to use the firmware update on the software but it doesn't let me auto update. It's asking me for a the megasquirt-3 file.

so first i made a dump and put my tunerstudio version. go to link and download 1.5.0 then once downloaded move it to the desktop and when the box comes up browse to desktop and download. You might not have to move it to the desktop but sometimes my work computer wont let me use files in the download folder

I just ran it with ecu definition from 1.4.0 and it cleared most of the errors away. However I think I do need v1.5.0 from reverent to clear all of the problems. I just send a PM to Dimitris so hopefully I can get a response from him soon

Here's an update. I reloaded to the 1.4.0 firmware with the rev's .ini found here:

This is now the page I'm getting now. Does this look normal?
