Devils Own Progressive Kit Install
Okay so I bought a used Devils Own Progressive Kit, I understand how to hook everything up except the controller! The instructions are here in this PDF http://www.alcohol-injection.com/ins...uctions_02.pdf On page 6 It says to use the green wire of the controller goes to the 0-5v output of your MAP sensor! So which wire of my MS does that go to or do I have to buy a separate MAP sensor?

You could tap the MS's MAP sensor at pin 1 of the sensor itself (the one with the square pad) however this of course creates the possibility of introducing noise into the MS's MAP signal. I'm running my DO controller with it's own external MAP sensor. They're not terribly expensive, and it keeps things separated.

Nope. The MAP sensor is internal to the Megasquirt, and its signal resides entirely on the motherboard. It goes from the MAP sensor, through R2 and across C2, and then straight into the CPU.
Which sensor you need depends upon which controller you have. They're available scaled for 2bar, 2.5bar and 3bar sensors. DO sells 'em for $65, but you can do better at your local auto parts store, and better yet at a junkyard if you do some research and figure out what cars have the sensor you want.

Well, one method would be to read the documentation, specifically the part where it says:
YELLOW – Full/fault LED – When power is first applied to this device, this LED will blink the BAR value the unit is set to: 2 blinks for 2 BAR, 2 blinks - 1 fast blink for 2.5 BAR, and 3 blinks for 3 BAR.
If you want to change the mode, you could look at the documentation for that too.

I installed per instructions. I provided an ignition controlled positive voltage to the progressive controller. I provided a ground to the controller. I connected the controller’s green wire to an existing MAP sensor. I connected the blue output from the controller to the red wire on the pump. I then grounded the pump. I did not use the gray wire since I did not need to power a MAP sensor. I adjusted the threshold setting for 6PSI, and have my maximum setting at 10PSI. I used my gauge to set these values, as the graduated markings on the controller did not seam to be accurate
I plan to convert my car from Band-Aids to MS next time I am state side, but plan to leave the water injection standalone.
