you could use the VE analyzer in MegaLogViewer. It works really well if you have a wideband. That would get you a fairly decent fuel map.

If your LC-1 was shortlived it's very likely the grounding to it was somehow inadequate-- that should never happen when grounded adequately. I prefer the engine block directly, some go to the battery (-), but ideally the block is best. If you used a chassis ground somewhere, a bolt or stud to a body panel or even the frame possibly, that was the problem...

The LC1 is a very picky device, if its not working its 99% the ground. However once its working, its golden until you do something to it that upsets the ground. Even changing where you ground, or where you tap for power throws it off. But that usually just requires a new free air calibration.

My LC-1 started doing funky stuff, so I moved it from a chassis ground to the ECU grounds right below the TB. Funky stuff no mo'.

can I use the stock O2 heater power and ground wires for the LC-1? I have the stock O2 wires and connector. I'll ground the LC-1 at the ECU ground at the TB.

I chose to ground my LC-1 at two different points, the heater ground went to the grounds below the clutch master, and the analog ground went to the ECU ground at the back of the block on passenger's side. Been working perfectly so far (a week, which doesn't prove much yet).

i grounded to the block and used a relay from batt.. the grounds were clean and power was not a problem it started with no signal then the led wouldn't light up anymore.. i removed the whole thing and hooked it up straight to a batt i had that i know had a full charge,, and nothing..

i did a voltage drop test and all my wires look good,, its the lc1 thats the problem..

Very rare... not impossible though. The old models from a couple years back were more likely to do this, but even those properly installed didn't usually have problems. I'm still running one...
