Default Tunerstudio wont read wideband

So Im hooking up my LC-2 to megasquirt (DIYPNP 3) and I cant get tunerstudio to read it. The controller is grounded to Throttle body and uses the power window for 12v power. I set both the analog outputs to read 0v=7.35 AFR and 5v=23.59 AFR. I wired the brown analog output right to pin 2c on the ecu and the yellow to the DB gauge.

I did a free air calibration.

In tunerstudio i set the project properties to wideband(AFR) and calibrated the AFR to the LC1/LC2 default. In AFR/EGO control I set it to 1 wideband and EGO1=normal ego

Still nothing. The afr gauge in TS reads 7.4 while my DB gauge reads just fine. I even switched the analog output and the DB gauge is fine which leads me to believe its the ecu connection or a setting in TS.

Any ideas?

My car is a 2000 CA Spec. Are the Ca spec ECU pinouts different from the federal?

Check the voltage on the analog output and see if it's giving the signal it should be.

With a multimeter? how would i do that. I checked in LM programmer and logworks and everything is normal

how did you wire the brown wire to 2C?

I've soldered the brown wire using 18 gauge straight to 2c and I'very tried running it all the way through the firewall to the black ego1 input wire.

make sure you didn't confuse the serial wire with analog wire

The LC2 has to serial CONNECTORS and 2 analog output wires (yellow and Brown). I connected per the instructions for the LC2 and DB gauge. LC2's yellow wire to the DB gauge's white wire. LC2"s brown wire to the ecu. Just for added assurance I went into LM Programmer and changed both the analog outputs to have identical settings. So far the DB gauge works great but i cant get it to connect to MSPNP2

None of those settings have anything to do with your car reading the wideband correctly. They are about using your wideband in conjunction with EGO.

Check the voltage from the wideband output wire to ground with a multimeter set so it can read from 0 to 5 volts.

Both analog outputs are providing adequate voltages. IM starting to think its a problem in TS or maybe my ecu pin

The 2000 MSPNP (all states) should looking for the 0-5v signal on 2C (blue).

If you confirmed that it's going to that spot, and getting voltage, then I can only think youre not looking at the correct gauge in TS?

I changed the project properties to wideband (afr)

I set the ego control to 1 wideband from the normal ego port

I calibrated the afr table.

Still nothing

The ego gauge in TS shows .16 volts while my multimeter read 2.8 volts right where I spliced into the ecu.

I'm out of ideas...

so when you're reading your voltage you see 5v, but somehow MS sees ~0v ( ?

going out on limb here and still suggesting you did not hook up your wbo2 output wire to the correct o2 input wire that TS is looking for.

what happens when you use afr/ego inputs > air:fuel ratio 1?

Air:fuel ratio 1 shows 7.80
Exhaust gas oxygen 1 shows .16 volts

This is with the car set to acc after a short drive and the db gauge reading 17.4 afr

It's going to the blue wire 2nd from the right on the top of the middle connector
