Default Turbo w/MS3PNP installed. Can idle for a minute then dies 1999

Like the title says everything for the turbo is hooked up for the most part(still want to get new spark plug wires and boost controller installed). I can get it to idle for about a minute or two on the first start, it seems that when the car gets warm it kills itself? I'm trying to understand megasquirt, but it is not very intuitive.
I just want to get it running okay so I can take it to the real tuner. I have some data logs, so if you would please take a minute to analyze them and offer feedback it would be greatly appreciated
My base tune was on older firmware, so hopefully you can open it.

Not enough air

Raise PWM idle Warmup Duty Cycle from 105 CLT onward. Dictates how much air the IAC Valve lets in at idle at the given coolant temp. Car stalls at ~105 CLT.

Also goes very lean which could also combine with the low IAC Duty to cause the car to stall. Raise VE Table Value it hits at idle to maintain 14.7 AFR.

Thank you, I sort of understand, however I'm trying to figure out how to do this.
What is PWM? Is CLT coolant temp? What specific menu would I use to make these changes? Maybe idle ve?
EDIT: ok I found PWM warmup idle duty cycle,

Car isn't using the Idle VE Table cause its using open loop idle. Just the regular VE Table. 'Fuel VE Table 1' under fuel menu. When the car is running a blue circle should sit where its pulling its fueling from. Highlight the 4ish cells its in and raise them all till your AFR is 14.7.
CLT is coolant temp yes.
PWM = Pulse Width Modulation (I think) feeding the idle valve more/less voltage opens/closes the IAC. Higher value = more air in.

I would recommend watching PedXings tuning videos at the top of this forum, helps a lot.

Uh, your cars VE Table is only scaled to 100 kPA so if you hit boost bad things will happen. I recommend using a VE table scaled for boost. Here is one from my MS3 Basics base map. Should be rich and safe up in boost.

To upload this go to the Fuel VE Table 1 menu and click the green arrow to import the table. Should work fine.

Thanks I think this data log may have switched to your fuel settings halfway through or so because it told me to do a power cycle when it was already running. I still can't use any throttle without the car instantly dying.
Maybe my afr table is bad too. Or pwm...

Without a VE Table scaled for boost I can't imagine your car will handle throttle jabbing with a turbo attached. See if the Y Axis of the VE Table is scaled for boost. Seems like that log drops in and out for some reason?

I imported your ve table that goes to 240kpa, afr table goes to 200

It is probably failing to return to idle cause open loop idle is generally a bit ****. Idling in the 20's in terms of timing doesn't help either, not sure why DIY's base map has your idle timing that high.

Consider raising the IAC Duty % higher temporarily to see if that stops the car from stalling when you jab the throttle. Probably needs more air so it settles to idle properly. Same table you modified previously, just add like 5% or 10% across the board. Idle will be higher but maybe it will stop it from stalling after a throttle jab.
