CLT is too low. you should hit at least 205° at idle. cruise should be 180-190° Fans kick on at 207°
do you have a digital multimeter? just measure the resistance at the thermosensor plug yourself.

160 - 175 idle is wrong, neither I nor Arkmage have those numbers.
Youre 175 idle is what I had with the wrong Bias, and the problems you describe are identical to mine.
You wanna do an experiment without changing anything?
Go drive your car, let it warm up. Shut it off and restart it, let it idle crazy rich, then unplug the AIT. If your idle clears up, we were in the same boat.

I had the same problem you are having. Its an experiment. Let the car warmup, drive it, and get the richness you mention after restart. Unplug the AIT SENSOR. If your idle clears up we were in the same boat.
Its all about math man, the MS is one giant calculator. When you pull the MAF it defaults to a -40F intake temp, that offsets the fact that the MS thinks the motor is colder then it actually is.
Do that, then report back.

nothing pops out on your file.
turn the overboost protection to a positive number....maybe 10psi. not -14.7.
try turning baro corrections in the engine constants off.
but your CLT is still wrong. idle until your fans kick on, CLT should read 207-210° If not, the bias is incorrect.

not only is my CLT value wrong... my IAT sensor IS wrong
i have a thermometer saying it is 40* out and i put my IAT sensor in open atmosphere (just held it up in the air) ...its reading 55*
back to the easytherm values.... uhhhgg
i just turned my baro correction off in the engine constants and made the min and max kpa values out of the reachable window... set it to 255.... and the baro correction guage reads 98% still?

I had nothing but problems using easy therm to burn, and compile the firmware. I also had problems with MS2 downloader.
If Baro is off it doesnt matter, fuggedaboutit. Concentrate on what we tell you to concentrate on. And stop fighting us, resistance is futile.

the problem with the default values is the range of the average. the numbers we are inputting are an average of the range given by mazda. something like 12000-19000ohms for -20° the average being 16200 or wahtever it is.
go in the kitchen and measure your actual sensors. then verify the reistance on the thermosensor harness itself, reflash the values.

ok the fans kicked in at 176.... where is my coolant temp sensor... im goin to the damn kitchen
btw i shut the car off at 176* and tried to start it back up... warmup kicked in at 200% again...worked its way down to 150% and is staying

your CLT is exactly 30° off. Almost like you put too much bias resistance in it when you flashed it.
the scale is most likely off, if you look at your thermfactor.inc file, you can probably see once it hits a certain temp it fails the sensor, and that's why the enrichments are kicking in.

problem found...
Input Data: Temp, degF Resistance
; -4 1600
; 68 2450
; 140 580
Notice i wrote 1600 instead of 16000...... so my whole thermofactor was messed up
Ill reflash 2morro and check the accuracy then before i go into the kitchen
thanks alot for leading me to the thermfactor file...
I used to be an electrical engineering major..changed to mechanical after realizing how much i hate software... make sense now? haha
