Default What is going on? 3k rev limit when iat reaches 80F???

I am really at a lose with this car right now. During the cold weather i have been fighting a reset issue. New plugs, toyota cops, redid all my grounds, new pull up resistors, and nothing fixed it. Now that its warmer as soon as my ait reads 80F the car goes into 3k rev limit mode like when u dont have the cap and are running hires. Well i have the cap so thats not the issue. If i unplug the iat the limit goes away. I purchased a new iat sensor and problem still persists. It also happens when i plug in my buddies mspnp so i dont think my MS is to blame. Any ideas where i should start? I was thinking of running wires directly from the iat to the ms and see if that helps...

Thanks

OK its not my wiring. I just ran short wires directly to the ms and to my extra iat. As soon as it sees about 75-80f i get the rev limit??? Must be something in my firmware seeing as it did it on both megasquirts i have tried... Im soooo lost right now.

Reflash and load PNP msq and rescale fuel. Dont run into boost but check for the limit.

Riv fixed this by burning new firmware. He still gets resets though.
