Where/Who can I get a MSII basemap (97 miata)?

Where/Who can I get a MSII basemap (97 miata)?
I have an MSII pnp..
I tried doing it myself, that didn't workout well =/
What I'm running:
1997 Miata 1.8L
255 walbro
550cc RCs
2.5in exhaust straight
Turbonetics 60-1
Begi Mani
TiAL 38mm external w/g
HKS ssqv 3 bov
huge Mushimoto front mount i/c
boost controller is manual
Car runs, but super rich, on boost it "bogs" and has a laggy jerk sometimes. I literally get about 7-10 miles a gallon local. Please help me out! I don't mind paying for the basemap if someone can do it for me... Thanks MT!!!
