Trying to get the MS running standalone on my '00, but not having much luck. Running MS1 with a 96 CAS.

Tested spark and checked timing while cranking, and that doesn't seem to be the problem. Firstly, the fuel pump is not coming on I don't think, as I have tried the listen through the gas filler technique. Also the Pulse Width, Coolant, and IAT gauge is not working.

Help please?

Sounds like you got some wiring wrong. How do you have the AIT and coolant guages wired up? Do you have a pullup in the MS for the coolant/AIT sensor? Was this MS previously used for a parallel install by chance?

 

I do have the IAT and coolant wired up, and the pull up resistors installed I believe (which ones were they? I believe I did, but it never hurts to be positive).

This car is the first car this MS is going on. I built it myself, and with standalone in mind.
