I run a 60cc nozzle preblower and another same size post blower. Had the blower ported and coated, and the tech said WI preblower through my M45 is okay. The WI supposedly also helps seal the rotor to case a little bit to increase boost. If anything, it is certainly cooling the blower a little which is good in my case.

You will find that you will be limited in the IC options with the JRSC. You will have pipes below the body of the car, you will need to cut holes to run the pipes, or go TDR Style over the radiator. The first two were not options to me, and the TDR set up is expensive. The WI is a cheap alternative to cool the intake charge. I go through a gallon every 2-3 weeks. I dont live in boost so I can strech the fluid, but it is there when I need it.
