No sheets, would start to boost at about 3500 but really hit hard at about 4k rpm

Leaving a negative feedback due to lack of communication (been TEXTING him and no reply), late on shipping (still hasn't shipped it to this day as far as I know). Not going to completely lose my cool but it's been almost 2 weeks since I've sent the full payment to him.
