I built this manifold for Joe/Vash before realizing he needed an external wastegate. The DP is a 3", separate gases/divorced design, with flex, and it uses the factory 1.6 cat flange location. Being 3", it obviously will not mate to a stock cat. It will work with a 2.5" test pipe/exhaust although I wouldn't recommend it. I can build a 3" test pipe for an additional $75. You'll notice from the pics, the WG dump pipe is not there yet. It will be up to the buyer whether it will be re-routed or a screamer.

I also have a T25 from a SR20 that works, but could use a rebuild. The blades don't touch either housing, but there is some play. There is some oil in the exhaust as well.















Anyone interested in either the mani/dp alone or a package deal including the turbo? I'd like $680 for the manifold and downpipe, or $780 including turbo.

 

Will it come with the wastegate plumbing welded in?
