What's the condition of the car at the moment? Obviously no engine or trans, but what else is missing?

There is no engine, transmission, springs, shocks, or carpet

It sounds like a great idea to me, I'll even through in some autometer gauges and a stainless steel 3" magnaflow muffler

If Tim doesn't want the '92, I'm really interested. My Miata was slain by a Hyundai in July and I've got a ton of spare parts, just need a car.
