I paid 1 month ago and have not received shipping information and after my additional 4-5 inquiries, I have not received any updates.

I bought three a couple of years ago.
They got lost at Heathrow by shipper.
I was nice and waited forever.
Made multiple contact requesting status, sometimes got a response.
At the one year point I contacted Prestige and requested a refund.
Crickets, no response.
They magically showed up two days later.
Box looked like it had been "tumbled" in a dryer.
Minor bracket damage but the manifolds were OK.
It took 1 year to get them, but they did arrive.
