Default 1990-1993 1.6 full Megasquirt Setup

If your running a 1.6 turbo or supercharger setup with all the regular band aids you just do not know what your missing out. BIPS, adjustable FPR's, O2 clamps, do allow your car to run but the tune is so bad you will be amazed when you add a truly fully adjustable engine management system will do. This is a full setup for a 1.6, all the parts necessary to built a smooth running powerful car.

1. MEGAsquirt V1, built by Braineack on the Miata turbo list, setup for AC, including serial to USB cable.
2. 4 RC Engineering 550 injectors (New injectors not some old crap) with pig tails for stock harness.
3. Innovate LC-1 wide band O2 setup with sensor and gauge
4. Real throttle position sensor for a 1.6 (1.6 Manual cars just have a switch not a variable TPS sensor).
5. Inlet air temp (IAT) sensor.
6. All my maps.

Asking $600

since i know people will ask, the relay is a setup to disable the a/c over a certain TPS.

f1luva92, I would like to sell it as a package, but if I get no offers in 24 hours I will consider splitting.

FYI those injectors should sell like hot cakes here. It wouldn't be a bad idea to post the $600 package price along with a separate injector and MS price. After your hopeful 24 hours of course.

Have not looked into MS too in depth yet, but am 100% on purchasing one. If I buy this, I could run it naturally aspirated and mess with the tuning/getting used to it before my turbo set up is done. Correct?

Bikersam, you are correct, it's currently setup what I think they call Speed Density, so it's based off rpm and boost. But it can be configured off rpm and throttle position. My maps would be useless to you and you should consult a Megasquirt expert before you commit.

Is a brainbult ms1 better or the same as a diypnp or mspnp. I was about to buy a diypnp but if this is a good deal I would buy it all?

I think there are some subtle differences between the unit. But they all do the same basic things. I can highly recommend the Braineack units, I believe we has extended his range since I got mine. I am sure many people on this list will vouch for his work.

I have a deal for the full package pending, but no money has changed hands yet. So hang in there and I will let you know if it falls through.
