Just like the title says, I have a 1.6 liter long nose crank for sale. It does have bad piston rings on cylinders 1 and 4, I have it pulled because I bought a replacement engine and had it built and balanced. Now it sits in my side yard waiting for someone to buy it and treat it to the same! Comes with a head as well, not warped. Just a little dirty and intake manifold to boot. No exhaust manifold though.

For engine and head and intake manifold, looking for $400 + shipping. Pictures to come.

 

I think you might be asking way too much for a bad engine. You should look more for $100-200 for something in that shape.

Yep—that's the kind of price you ask for an engine that doesn't need any work. 1.6 engines are low demand to begin with...

meh, I’ll take what I can get really. Either that or I’ll just build this one as a back up.

 

Part it out and sell the parts on eBay if you want to make that kind of money on it. Oil pans can go for $100, same for a long nose crank. It just takes time and you have to box and ship stuff.

You still have the crank for sale? I am interested in the crank but not a broken engine for that price.
