This part out will be happening in the next couple weeks. So some flexibility will be required. Priority to locals for bigger items, please understand that shipping them is a chore and local makes life easier.
6spd Transmission - $500
It isn't perfect, but it was 100% fine for me to drive and track on. Reverse sometimes took a into first/2nd and then back to find. Otherwise, very happy with it. I've only added about 500 miles onto it and maybe 200 track miles. Was run with GM Syncromesh with friction modifier.
XTD 9lb Cromoly flywheel - $150 (prefer to package with clutch)
ACT HD 6puck sprung clutch - $200
Has a total of about 1500 miles on it. 500 with me.
Clutch and Flywheel package for $300
Rx7 560cc Injectors. Cleaned before use in this car, have a few thousand miles since cleaning. They balanced out to less than 1% variance.
PnP for miata.
$150
Full Plug and Play Megasquirt - $350
Built by myself. Have been running it for the last 2 years. Is setup for HiRes codebase and has a capacitor to quell ignition hiccups. Includes an adapter harness that plugs into the OEM wiring. Wiring for a Nissan TPS is run off engine wiring harness if I remember right and IAT wiring is direct to ECU. IAT would be included. This is also setup to run fuel pump from in cabin wiring for simplicity.
No pictures beyond this in car area picture, it is bolted to the passenger side of the lower console.
Custom Intake manifold with TB - $400
Custom built aluminum intake manifold. CNC'd velocity stacks built into base of plenum. Larger body plenum for turbo cars. 6.5" runners as compromise between short/long and mid/high power bands. Uses factory fuel rail mounts and has provisions for vacuum fittings and IAT sensor underneath. Also uses stock throttle wire. This will also include a Nissan TB that is I believe 62mm? It has a variable TPS for people running aftermarket ECUs and wanting that option. Disclosure: It had cracked before and has since been rewelded and fully braced up. 3 lower underside braces and 2 braces up top.
Custom 1.6L turbo setup based on a Garrett t3 .42/.48 - $500
I just recently finished building this kit. It is a stainless steel "upgraded" log manifold, with smoother transitions between 2 and 3. Turbo is setup to not stick straight off the manifold but at an uptilt. This is to prevent strain on the manifold studs/bolts and prevent fastener failure.
It is setup for external wastegate and for a little more money a Tial wastegate can be included. For even smaller money, a knockoff tial (that works fine) can be included. The external wastegate is routed into the downpipe.
The turbine housing has been modified with a 3" vband directly off of it and the downpipe is thus a full 3" all the way down to the exhaust flange. The downpipe is a mix of stainless and mild steel. It has an o2 bung already welded into an easy to reach location that is perfectly vertical.
I also have a support structure that uses a heim joint at the turbo to support its weight, another format to avoid failures down the road.
Parts in this package:
Custom Stainless manifold
Modified T3 .48 housing (3" vband exit)
3" vband downpipe with external wastegate routing
Fresh Rebuild, 0 mile, Garrett T3 .42/.48 - $225
Optional Tial 38mm - $150
Optional SSautochrome Tial knockoff - $70
Optional 3" flex section for exhaust or into downpipe - part cost + some labor for cutting/welding
Optional Oilpan modded for drain - Included if big package bought (inj/wg/kit)
Oil feed and oil drain line - Included if big package bought (inj/wg/kit)
Buy entire KIT/Turbo/WG/get freebies for $800.
KYB AGX with FM springs preassembled with NA tophats (20k miles) - $250
2001 Torsen Swap with one piece axles/driveshaft - $700
1.6l 5spd from my 93, has 95k on it - $200
splitime@gmail.com and PM here is the best way to reach me. I'll try to answer any and all questions.
Please remember to be flexible if you want these parts. I have to pull the car apart first... and I won't be starting for at a week or so, especially for bigger stuff like trans/clutch/flywheel.
V-mount also available... but buyer needs to chat with me. As it takes some welding work. It is NOT a bolt in solution, except for the rear mount.

They are probably coming off today, can take pictures then. I do have two people wanting to package them with the MS though.
Once motor is pulled, will do.
Normal fashion as in straight down from manifold and then under frame rail? Or through sheet metal by headlight? Not sure what the normal route is
Does this top downish picture with no headlight lid help?
Inside the manifold bling
