Comes with a serial cable, can come even with that far too expensive serial to usb adaptor that I needed to buy three brands of before I ended up getting the working one that's way too expensive from DIYautotune. Software, I never got the CD, but it's all free to download. If it's a selling point, I can burn a CD if you want.
