94 Motor Top to Bottom, was all in good shape but taken apart to upgrade for future turbo, the block was honed and decked.
Standard rebuild kit
New oem water and oil pump
Brass freeze plugs
ACL bearings
eBay forged rods
Arp head and main studs
OBX polished cam gears
Protege valve cover
Oil pan tapped for turbo (has plug)
Has intake manifold and ac mount
Most all accessories are there but no fuel rail or injectors

This motor should be capable of about 300whp with big injectors and an ecu.

Reason this motor is sitting around is I sold my turbo car for this ...

ebay rods with stock pistons?

this sounds more like a "refreshed" motor than built.

 

The eBay rods are equivalent to scat which are good to 350ish hp as per 949, maybe not built by standards around here (some amazing engines on this site) but ready for FI and around 300hp.
