95 1.8 engine bag rings

Helping out a friend he is selling a 95 1.8l engine with bad rings. He lives in GA and is asking 200 obo for it comes as full long block. here is what he posted.
Like the title says, motor has bad rings. Smokes at start up and then at high RPMS. Motor does run and compression is at 175, 168, 152, 152. Make offer. I have no where to keep this,lol.
Will trade for Real intake for a 1.8, Turn signal Intakes, an NA exaust, or any NA stuff really.lol I'll update with a OBO cash price soon, gotta do some research,lol.
