Does this come with the 1.8 flywheel? Or is it just the pressure plate and clutch?

I don't know, its awfully strange to ship somewhere other than USA or Canada. Its like when a prince of Nigeria asks to purchase something & he offers you a Nigerian Cheque. Risk of loss is 100%.
