Ops, these are I-beam rods. It's been awhile since I had to event think about these.

 

How does that msPnP look traces wise? Is the board fried or just the chips as far as you can tell?

I see it is a 3.57 board... Correct?

 

3.57, yup.

Some traces were blown. I had a friend fix them, but he suspected the next weakest link will blow next. Best for a project, but could work with some patience and time.
